Meet Rabat is operated by Youssef Elkahili, Official city & circuit tour guide · licence no. 3736. These terms apply to every tour booked on this website.
How booking works
You choose a tour, a date and the number of guests, and send a booking request. Your places are held for you straight away. The booking becomes firm only when we confirm it by email and WhatsApp. If we cannot take you, we tell you, and nothing is owed.
Our tours run with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 guests. Children aged 4 to 10 pay the child price shown on each tour.
Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The euro, dollar or pound amount next to them is an estimate for your convenience; the dirham price is the price you pay. Each tour page lists what is included and what is not.
Payment
You can pay on the day, in cash. Where online payment is offered, we send you a secure payment link after we confirm your booking. Online payments are processed by CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) on its own secure page; your card details are never seen or stored by this website. Depending on the option shown on the payment page, you pay either the full price or a deposit, with the rest paid on the day.
Cancellation by you
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your tour, local time in Rabat. Anything you have paid is refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@meetrabat.com, quoting your booking reference.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel a tour for serious weather, safety reasons, illness, or when the minimum number of guests is not reached. We offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds of online payments go back to the card used, within 14 days of the cancellation. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
On the day
Please arrive on time at the meeting point we agree with you. Tell us in advance about allergies, dietary needs or difficulties with walking, so we can adapt the tour. You are responsible for your own belongings, and for following the guide's safety instructions.
Liability
We take great care in organising our tours. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our control, or by the actions of third parties such as shops, restaurants or transport providers.
Complaints and law
If something goes wrong, tell us first at hello@meetrabat.com or on +212 666 341084 and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco; any dispute falls under the courts of Rabat.
