What we collect and why
When you book or write to us, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the number of guests, any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us, and your message. We use this only to answer you, organise your tour, and keep the records the law requires.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
Online payments
Card payments are made on the secure page of CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire). Your card number is typed there and never reaches this website. We receive only the result of the payment and its amount.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to improve the website without cookies and without storing your IP address. Each visitor is identified by a code that changes every day, so no one can be followed from one day to the next.
Maps and exchange rates
Tour pages with a route map load the map images from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org), which receives your IP address to send them; no cookies are set. Approximate prices in euros, dollars or pounds use daily rates fetched by our server, so your browser does not contact that service.
Emails and messages
Booking notifications are sent by email. When you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the tours and meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@meetrabat.com. We process personal data in line with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
